The invention relates to a manually operated sectional door, whose bottom section, in the closed state of the door, is arranged on or in the vicinity of a pivoting ramp. In order to avoid, when starting up the electrically operated pivoting ramp, the door being damaged, the latter is assigned, by virtue of the invention, a switch which operates in a contactless manner, responds only when the door is open and releases the electric supply line for the pivoting ramp.
