发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF HEAT BONDING POLYESTER FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture heat bonding film to be able to laminate together at a practical temperature by providing a layer constituted of specific thermoplastic polymer on a polyester film surface before the completion of crystal orientation and carrying out orientation and heat treatment to complete crystal orientation. CONSTITUTION:A layer mainly composed of at least one kind of thermoplastic polymer selected out of polyester resin, polyolefin, olefin copolymerized resin, viny resin and phenoxy resin on at least one surface of a polyester film before the completion of crystal orientation is provided by the lamination method, and then orientation and heat treatment are carried out to complete crystal orientation to manufacture a heat bonding polyester film. Said polyester film is a linear saturated polyester film composed of aromatic dibasic acid or its ester formed inductive material and diol or its ester forming inductive material. The heat bonding polyester film should preferably be a base film of 20-500mum thickness and a heat bonding layer of 5mum or more thickness, and good processing properties of fixing by pressure at the temperature of 70-250 deg.C and under pressure.
