<p>The present invention relates to a torsion vibration damper comprising juxtaposed resilient blanks (40, 41) working in parallel and interposed between a support (13) and a hub (10), each blank comprising at least one resiliently deformable arm, characterised in that the damper comprises at least two pairs (C, D) of similar resilient blanks (40, 41), one of the pairs (C) being enclosed between the endplates (41) formed by the other pair (D) and being offset angularly from the other (D) of said pairs, in such a way that said pairs balance each other radially, with the resiliently deformable arms (29) of one or the other pair being in phase.
