摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To synthesize a high-quality precursor substance for an oxide superconductor in high efficiency, using a spray thermal reaction by supplying mist of a raw material solution of an oxide superconductor with a quintuple tube burner in a specific state into a flame. CONSTITUTION:A raw material solution is prepared by dissolving a compound containing each constituent element of an oxide superconductor in a solvent. Oxygen gas is blasted together with mist of the raw material solution through the first nozzle 21 of the center tube 11 of a turner 1 and a 1st flame layer 48 is formed between the oxygen gas and the inner part of hydrogen gas stream blasted through a 3rd nozzle 23. Oxygen gas is blasted through the outermost 5th nozzle 25 and a 2nd flame layer 49 is formed between the oxygen gas and the outer side of the hydrogen gas blasted through said 3rd nozzle 23. When a mist is supplied to the flame layers 48, 49, a part of the mist 3 is made to react to form a precursor substance 6 in the 1st flame layer 48 and the remaining part of the mist 3 is uniformly dispersed and introduced into the 2nd flame layer 49 by the propelling power of the flame and is completely reacted to form the precursor 6 in the 2nd flame layer 49.</p> |
