<p>Artificial stalk characterised in that it is composed of a rod having one end with a protruding stop part (2) and then, at a predetermined interval (6), a tapering conical shape (4) with a plane rear face (5), this interval being calibrated to the edible part in order to maintain it in a slightly compressed state between the protruding stop part (2) and the rear face (5) of the conical shape, the latter being continued via the end of the rod serving as the actual stalk.
