<p>PURPOSE:To perform a stable conveyance even if a conveying weight is varied by measuring the weight of an article to be conveyed at a placing position, and controlling a voltage to be applied to a linear motor in response to the weight of the measured article to be conveyed. CONSTITUTION:An article to be conveyed is placed on a carrier 3 and an operation start command is input from an operation board 2, a system controller 1 connected the measuring input connector 10b of a measuring input unit 10 to the measured output connector 3b of the carrier. Thus, the weight of the article to be conveyed is input from the measuring sensor 3a of the carrier 3 to the controller 1 through a measuring signal line 12. The controller 1 sets the voltage value of an inverter 5 which supplies power to linear motors 7a-7n in response to the signal. Thus, even if the weight of the article to be conveyed is varied, a stable conveyance can be performed.</p> |
