<p>An espagnolette lock (1) for a door, window or the like comprises a control mechanism (4) composed of: - at least one nut (9, 60, 61) for acting simultaneously on at least one operating rod (5) or bracket (19) and a catch bolt (7), - and a key element (62) acting on said catch bolt (7) and a lock bolt (8) equipped with a blocking member (24) capable of immobilising the operating rods (5) in the locked position. To reduce the bulk of the control mechanism (4) in the case (2), the espagnolette lock (1) comprises, particularly, means (25) for adjusting the displacement of the blocking member (24) relative to the distance (32) separating it from the operating rod (5) or (19), independently of the sliding length of the lock bolt (8), and an anti- maloperation device (44) for cancelling any action of the key element (62) on the lock bolt (8) when the operating rods (5) are in the released position. <IMAGE></p> |
