PURPOSE:To enhance the precision in discrimination of spectrum and to improve reliability on abnormal diagnosis, by furnishing a built-in type detector in a compressed gas insulation equipment and by detecting the partial discharge generated inside the equipment with high sensitivity, while by subtracting the frequency spectrum of the partial discharge signal obtained from the detector for investigation. CONSTITUTION:The signals obtained from a built-in type detector 11 and an external accessory detector 12 are amplified by a wideband amplification section 14. The frequency spectrum of this output signal is analyzed by a frequency spectrum analysis section 15. The frequency spectra of these two signals are spectrally subtracted by a frequency spectrum subtraction section 16 and the residual spectrum is judged after they are spectrally subtracted by a residual spectrum judgement section 17. A monitoring display section 19 takes in the information after the spectrum subtraction and compares for judgement with the information at a preset comparison judgement section 18, monitoring the partial discharge and displaying its result. |
