PURPOSE:To obtain a nutritive food usable also as a medicine for promoting nutrition other than various nutritive foods without damaging nourishment of an egg of snapping turtle, by vacuum-drying roughly crushed egg of snapping turtle, mixing with powdery cyclodinine, adding safflower oil and setting up. CONSTITUTION:For instance, an egg of snapping turtle dipped with kaoliang wine is roughly crushed by a corn type small crusher. Next, alcohol and water are removed from the roughly crushed egg by a vacuum drier with cyclone. Then, resultant dried egg is introduced into a pressurized mixer and mixed with powdery cyclodinine, further safflower oil and emulsifier are added, thus a set product is obtained. Thus, always a nutritive food is supplied in stable, independent of spawning season of snapping turtle. |
