PURPOSE:To obtain a food capable of conveniently giving good taste by simply warning, by combination between a low-melting gel and a high-melting gel in any shape. CONSTITUTION:The objective feed can be obtained by combining a high-melting gel using gelan gum, in various forms, with a low-melting gel using a combination between carageenan, agar-agar, pectin, gelatin, alginates, xanthane gum and locust beam gum. In forming said high-melting gel, gelan gum may be combined with at least one kind of alkaline (earth) metal salt. Furthermore, said high-melting gel may be combined with at least one kind of other polysaccharide. |
