<p>PURPOSE:To increase the effective thermal capacity and to reduce the fitting area and to reduce the damage to be caused on element, by making the wide part to be connected with wire installed at both ends of the fuse stepwise structure. CONSTITUTION:A fuse 12 is composed of a narrow part 12a to be blown at an accident and two wide parts 12b. Especially, the wide parts is formed after it is in close contacted with the surface of stepped parts 6 and 6' installed on an SiO2 layer to which the fuse is fitted. The shape of depressed parts installed into the SiO2 layer 4 for installing the stepwise part is formed in strip-shape or ellipsoidal. Therefore, the fitting area of the fuse is reduced and the damage to elements is eliminated.</p> |
