PURPOSE:To remove excess water contained in a laver raw material and to dehydrate it, by providing the inner peripheral wall face with a porous, network, or slit structure at the bottom of a raw material tank, subjecting the raw material to the rotating pressure force of a rotator. CONSTITUTION:The inner wall face 2 of hopper shape is formed on the inner peripheral surface at the bottom of the raw material tank 1, and it has a porous, network, or slit structure for removal of water or dehydration. The measuring chamber B is made at the bottom of the raw material tank 1, and the fan- shaped outlet 4 is made at the bottom of the measuring chamber B. The rotary partitioning car C is rotatably supported in the measuring chamber B. The rotary partitioning car C consists of the cylindrical hollow shaft 5 vertically supported on the center of the bottom of the measuring chamber B and the plural partitioning plates 6 protruded in a radial direction in the outer peripheral face of the hollow shaft 5, and the weighing section measure D for the raw material laver X1 consists of the two neighboring partitioning plates 6. |
