PURPOSE:To allow the system to be communicated with a person carrying a receiver even if the person carrying the receiver moves to any service area by providing a frequency setting section and an address transmission section to the receiver and providing a frequency setting section and an address transmission section to a terminal equipment connected to a center via a telephone line. CONSTITUTION:When the person carrying a receiver 1 moves from a resident area A to an area C53, the receiver 1 is inserted to a terminal equipment 2 installed at a station or an air port or the like in the area C to apply registration. The terminal equipment 2 receiving the registration operation uses a frequency control section 21 to control a frequency setting section 12 of the receiver 1 thereby matching the frequency with the reception frequency of the area C53. Moreover, the address data from an address registration section 14 is read by an address transmission section 16 and sent to a terminal equipment 2. The terminal equipment 2 receives the data at its address reception section 22 and sends the data to the center 3 via a telephone line and an exchange station 6 from the address transmission section 23. A control section 33 of the center 3 registers the district information of the area C where the terminal equipment 2 exists and the address of the called receiver 1 to a registration section 32. |
