发明名称 OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING CARRIER
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness over the entire part and to enable recording on both faces by consisting a substrate of an absorptive material to read out light and providing rugged preformats to both faces of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The optical information recording carrier is formed by forming an optical recording medium 2 on both faces of the substrate 1 provided with guide grooves 4 of the rugged preformats and laminating a protective layer 3 thereon. The substrate 1 consists of the material absorptive to the read out light and consists of, for example, a polyester resin, acetic acid resin, polycarbonate resin, etc. Carbon black, dye, pigment, etc., which are the absorptive material may be dispersed therein or may be coated or deposited thereon by vapor deposition, etc. There is no particular limitation on the optical recording layer and, for example, a dye recording medium, metal recording medium, etc., are used. The shape of the rugged preformats provided on both faces of the substrate is not particularly limited. A casting molding method is more preferable among various methods as the method of forming said formats.
