<p>PURPOSE:To execute the recording and reproducing under approximately the same condition and to dissolve a hearing difficulty due to a frequency fluctuation contained in a reproducing sound by starting the recording, reproducing and track movement always from a specific position provided by a marker on a magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:When a stop command signal is inputted during a fixed speed traveling of the magnetic tape 2, the tape is fed at high speed until a rise of an index signal is detected, and is braked at the rise of its index signal to be completely stopped by a fall of the index signal. Then, when a recording or reproducing command signal is inputted under such circumstances, the magnetic tape 2 is started up, and its tape speed is turned into the fixed speed by the fall of the index signal. And, when the rise of the index signal is detected under the state of the stop command signal being not inputted during the fixed speed traveling of the magnetic tape 2, a magnetic head 8 is moved to the next track 3. In other words, since the recording and reproducing are commenced during the detection of the marker 12, the recording and reproducing can be executed under approximately the same condition. By this method, the hearing difficulty during the reproducing time is alleviated.</p> |
