摘要 PURPOSE:To easily attain wide variation of inherited characters, by preparing hybrid cells by the fusion of different cells and classifying the hybrid cells into non-fused cell and allogeneic fused cell based on the difference in the size, morphology, etc., of the cell. CONSTITUTION:A protoplast is separated from the cell A among the different parent cells (A) and (B) of a basidiomycete before fusion and the protoplast is gigantized with an enzyme, etc., to obtain a gigantic plasmid (C). Separately, a protoplast is separated from the cell B to form a non-gigantized protoplast (D). The components C and D are fused together using an electrofusion method to obtain a fused product (E). The component E is observed by a microscope to discriminate the hybrid cell (F) which is fused cell (AB) between different kinds of cells from the fused cells (AA) and (BB) between the same kind of cells and non-fused cells A and B based on the difference of the size and shape of the cell. The cell F is sucked and separated with a micropipette, cultured on an agar medium and proliferated to effect the discrimination and separation of the fused hybrid cell of basidiomycete.
