PURPOSE:To obtain the title structure having effects on uniformity of thickness of dried laver, prevention of deterioration of qualities, etc., by making a drainage box set at the inner bottom of a hopper openable and closable, connecting a piping for water pouring to the drainage box and coupling the drainage box through the piping with a pressure transporting tank. CONSTITUTION:Cut raw laver fed to a hopper 2 is successively sent one by one in measure with revolution of laver sending measures 10. When the raw laver reaches a given position, the raw laver is blended with water fed from a piping 14 for water supply 14. After the blend is fed to a pressure transporting tank 11 and transferred by a pump 21 under pressure to a raw laver tank 21. In the operation, when a concentration detecting means starts an order of a thick laver concentration set in the raw laver tank, a cover 7 of a drainage box 6 laid in an inner bottom 2a of the hopper 2 is opened and the raw laver is fed from another raw laver line to the tank 11. Consequently, concentration correction in the raw laver tank is rapidly carried out. In cleaning of the hopper 2, the cut raw laver is successively discharged through the measures 10 to the tank 11 and water is poured to the tank. The cover 7 of the drainage box 6 is opened approximately simultaneously with the operation, the hopper 6 is communicated by an opening 5 with the box 6 and another raw laver line is formed as mentioned above to smoothly carry out cleaning. |
