CONSTITUTION:The average value and the X-ray intensities measured in the respective positions are compared and the number N of the positions where the X-ray intensities higher than the average value are measured is determined. The number of the cases in which the X-ray intensities of the positions enclosing the positions relating to the number N exceed the average value is then counted by counting the number of the positions where the X-ray intensity of the position adjacent to the position of one group where the X-ray intensity higher than the average value thereof is measured as one.
