A device for manufacturing iron pins is provided for saving time and labor. A iron wire is fed at a regular distance without being twisted by the movement of cam or crank. The moved iron wire is cut by cutter, which operates by the reciprocal movement of the rod which is converted from the rotary motion of a crank. The nippers pick up the cut wire piece for a fly cutter which moves back and forth by the rod with a cam to grind one or each end of the cut piece.
