<p>PURPOSE:To make the driving force exerted on a steel sheet nonuniform and to prevent the generation of a stripe-pattern by bending a lead wire on one surface of a plated steel sheet, coupling a coil bent on the other surface with the symmetric coil, and alternately arranging the coils. CONSTITUTION:A plated steel sheet 1 is induction-heated by passing a high-frequency current through coils 2 and 3 to alloy the plating metal. In the induction heater for alloying, the lead wire of the coil 2 is successively bent on one surface of the plated steel sheet 1 in the cross direction, in the longitudinal direction, and then in the cross direction. The lead wire is then bent toward the other surface, and successively bent in the same way as before. The wire is then bent toward the one surface, and the same bending is repeated. As a result, the coil 2 covering a part of the plated steel sheet 1 in the longitudinal direction is formed. In addition, the coil 3 formed symmetrical to the coil 2 is coupled to the coil 2, and arranged in the longitudinal direction. The couples are alternately arranged. By this method, the plated steel sheet 1 is uniformly heated in the cross direction, a driving force of nonuniform distribution is exerted, and uniform alloying is carried out without generating a stripe-pattern.</p> |
