PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a rotary electric machine by interposing a slide sheet between the slide surfaces of a pair of wedges hitted axially between the inner periphery of a magnetic shield and the side of a stator coil, thereby facilitating the hitting of the wedges. CONSTITUTION:A thin insulating cylinder 3 is disposed on the inner peripheral side of a magnetic shield 1 formed in a cylindrical shape integral with laminated silicon steel plates or the like, a stator coil 4 which is formed, for example, of an upper port 4a and a lower port 4b is disposed on the outer periphery of the cylinder 3, an insulating retainer 5 is contacted on the outer periphery of the coil 4, and a stator coil 4 is fixed by axially hitting a wedge 8 made of an insulating material split in thicknesswise direction and formed in tapered shape on the bonded surfaces between the inner periphery of the shield 1 and the outer periphery of the retainer 5. A sheet 11 made of a low friction sheet such as a fluorine resin sheet is bonded on the slide surface of the wedge 8 such as the inner peripheral surface of the shield 1, thereby facilitating the hitting of the wedge 8. |
