PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for the scan-in of the whole system by simultaneously executing the scan-in to an information processing unit to scan in the same data. CONSTITUTION:When an information processing unit 2 to scan in the same data exists, a scan control device 1 sends a scan address to the information processing unit 2, and selects a logic circuit to scan in. To plural information processing units 2, unit select signals are sent by a time division when a scan address signal, a shift pulse and a data-in signal are stable. Thus, the scan-in of plural information processing units 2 can be simultaneously executed by a scan-in operator once, and the scan-in time can be shortened as the whole system. |
