<p>PURPOSE:To extend a working life of an elastic diaphragm by making an elastic diaphragm memorize a triangular pyramid trapezoid shape composed of projected parts running almost vertically and a concaved surface between the projected parts. CONSTITUTION:An elastic diaphragm 4 inserted in an outer frame 1 having a guide part 2 comprised of three shaping lines which have almost a L-shape, fixed on a floor 3, and located on the apexes of a right triangle with a proper size is heated at a temperature suitable for a rubber material. The elastic diaphragm 4 is thus made to memorize a truncated pyramid shape composed of projected parts 5 running almost vertically and a concaved surface 6 between the projected parts 5 and deformed into the memorized truncated pyramid shape regularly and repeatedly. It is thus possible to prevent generation of wear of the elastic diaphragm 4 due to having a contact between the diaphragm and a container main body and to ext end the service life of the elastic diaphragm 4.</p> |
