The present invention relates to an optical link with termination devices for optical fibres coming from optical cables, these termination devices having a spreading and/or connection function. The optical link of the invention involves arranging the fibres 1, which are placed loosely in their protective sheath 11, at the outlet of the termination devices, in a sealed flexible sheath G containing, for example, an anti-microphonic substance. Application to all subscriber-connection and distribution exchanges (centres), cords, jumpers, and to all types of optical cables.
