发明名称 THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain thermal recording materials having excellent color sensitivity, by a method wherein an intermediate layer on which aqueous resin dispersed matter is applied as a forming material is supported between thermal coloring layer and a base material. CONSTITUTION:A thermal coloring layer which has a colorless or light colored electron donative dye and an electron acceptive compound coloring by reaction on said electron donative dye as main components is established on a base material. An intermediate layer derived from foaming materials which contain aqueous resin dispersed matter containing one or two or over kinds of resin, of which average grain size is 0.001-0.2mum, such as acrylic resin and/or urethane resin, is pinched between the thermal coloring layer and the base material. When a mechanical foaming material obtained by stirring aqueous resin dispersed matter like this at high speed with a stirrer such as a dissolver, a homomixer, etc., is applied to the base material, excellent foaming sensitivity can be obtained. Besides, since the aqueous resin dispersed matter of a small grain size is used, its foam is not only stabilized, but also a microvoid structure is formed. Then, thermal recording materials obtained by coating heat sensitive coating thereon show excellent color sensitivity.
