PURPOSE:To make it possible to form long-shaped ceramics superconductive wire by using the viscous liquid of Ln1Ba2Cu3Ox (however Ln is a rare earth element including 30mol% of Eu and/or Yb) as liquid. CONSTITUTION:As liquid, the viscous liquid of Ln1Ba2Cu3Ox (however Ln is a rare earth element including 30mol% of Eu and/or Yb) is used. The temperature at which viscosity suitable for a melt processing is generated of the rare earth element whose fusing point is high such as Y, Sm, Dy and the like is more than 1400 deg.C. In addition, the rare earth element whose fusing point is low such as La can be subjected to the melt processing at more than 1300 deg.C. |
