<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes by setting an operating pattern which changes only once in one cycle of each of groups as a start signal and an end signal at the time of teaching the storage of a normal pattern. CONSTITUTION:A monitoring device is constituted by providing an I/O change detecting part 11 to detect the change in each I/O state of the I/O output, etc., of a limit switch in a liquid constant quantity injection device 10, an I/O change storage start/end decision part 12, an I/O change storage part 13, and a playback type sequence monitor 15. The monitor 15 is provided with an operating pattern comparison part to compare an actual operating pattern obtained by detection at the I/O change detecting part 11 with the stored operating pattern, and a control state diagnostic processing part based on the above comparison result. In such a way, monitoring is performed are every prescribed group by comparing the actual operating pattern with the normal pattern which becomes reference, then, it is set as a start pattern or an end pattern.</p> |
