<p>PURPOSE:To clean the dust collecting unit of an electrostatic precipitator set in a tunnel, etc., at its installed place by connecting a portable cleaning unit and a sewage filter unit through a hose to form the title cleaning device. CONSTITUTION:The device is carried to the erection location of an electrostatic precipitator, and the cleaning unit 1 and the sewage filter unit 2 are connected by hoses 3 and 4. The dust collecting unit 5 detached from the precipitator is placed in a cleaning tank 7, a cleaning water pump 9 and a sewage pump 10 are driven, and cleaning is started. As a result, the cleaning water supplied in a water tank 11 attached to the cleaning unit 1 is injected from an injection nozzle 8a, and the contaminant on the inside and outside of the dust collecting unit is washed off. The generated sewage is sent to the sewage filter unit 2 through the sewage hose 4, passed through a filtration part 20, hence dust, tart, etc., are removed, and purified water is returned to the water tank 11 through the cleaning water hose 3.</p> |
