PURPOSE:To equalize deformation in the axial direction and stabilize it electrically and in stress so as to improve reliability by changing the width of a spacer between pancakes at a winding part according to the distribution of compressing force in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:As for the spacer 42 between pancakes, considering taper-shaped spacer, whose width is widened in the outside diameter direction so that the space factor may be equal, as the standard, the width of the spacer is continuously changed according to the axis compressive force distribution so that it may be about 67% at the inside diameter part, 100% at the center where the compressing force is the maximum, and about 66% at the outside diameter part. This is inserted into between pancakes, and bonded so as to constituted a wiring part. Hereby, displacement amount in the axial direction arises uniformly in the diameter direction, so bent deformation does not occur in the spacer 42 between pancakes and only the compressing force acts, and bending stress is not added. For this reason, reliability from the side of stress improves. Furthermore, shearing force arising between layers of the pancake becomes extremely small, so the spacer 41 between layers never comes off and drops off by shearing force. This things extremely reduce possibility of short circuit between layers. |
