PURPOSE:To improve water wettability by disposing the discharge openings of hoppers of vermiculate and peat moss so as to confront each other with a distance between, providing splincling openings in the vicinity of the discharge openings, and splicling preliminarily when the mixing is carried out. CONSTITUTION:When vermiculate is charged in a hopper 1 and peat moss in a hopper 3 and soil discharge conveyors 2, 4 are driven, the soil of vermiculate and the soil of peat moss are respectively discharged from the discharge openings 5 and 6. At this time, the splincling is simultaneously carried out from the sprinkling openings 10 provided in the vicinity of the discharge openings 5, 6 of the hoppers 1, 2. By this sprinkling, both soils dropped in a soil duct 7 are preliminarily sprincled while being mixed and agitated by a screw conveyor 8, and discharged into a soil receiver. Consequently, both the solids of strong water repellence are easily wetted. |
