Hooks (28) for attachment to a vehicle plate are present on the device frame (10, 12). A hydraulic or pneumatic lifting device acts between an upper frame part (10) which is permanently connected to the hook (28) and a lower frame part (12) which can be raised and lowered in relation thereto. The upper frame part (10) bears the high-pressure cleaning device (24) or another implement which does not have to be raised and lowered when in use.
