A method of manufacturing a thin-film solar cell array in which the individual solar cells are connected in series. The individual solar cells are manufactured by applying and structuring the layers necessary for the solar cells to a substrate over a large area. A first electrode layer is structured before the further layers (semiconductor layer, second electrode layer) are applied. Preferably, the structure of the layers applied subsequently is determined simultaneously by applying paste-like material to the first electrode layer. |
