<p>PURPOSE:To set a continuous form paper at a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral surface of a drum for feeding the paper backward at the times of loading the paper, locating the paper at a transferring position or removing the paper, in an electrophotographic-type optical printer, by providing a paper guide means engaged with an oscillating part through an offset cam. CONSTITUTION:With a timing pulley 7 rotated by a motor 9 through a belt 10, a cam shaft 5 is driven synchronously, and an offset cam 6 fixed to the shaft 5 is simultaneously rotated, whereby a movement according to a required rotating angle is effected through the engagement of a paper guide 3 and an oscillating part D. A rotation quantity for determining the position of the guide 3 is specified by a controlling means comprising a pulse-generating circuit 11, for setting the moving quantity of the guide 3, and a controlling circuit 12 for controlling a driving pulse. An photoelectric detector 8 is provided for recognizing the initial position of the guide 3. With this construction, a continuous form paper 1 is separated from the outer peripheral surface 2 of a drum to a transferring position, to a separate position at the time of backward feeding or to a loading position.</p> |
