PURPOSE:To make a complicated processing following a connector installation unnecessary and to simplify the connecting work by incorporating plural flat conductors separated parallel, with an insulator, and holding the superposed part of the flat conductors and conductors to be connected, with a holder at the ends of insulators. CONSTITUTION:Flat conductors 3A and 3B which consist of plural soft copper for electrical use separated parallel are held by a polyester film to form insulators 4A and 4B. At the ends of the insulators, one sides of the polyester films are removed to expose one sides of the conductors 3A and 3B, the exposed flat wires 2A and 2B are superposed to contact the conductors 3A and 3B each other, and a connection 1 composed of plastic plates 5A and 5B, screws 7 and 7, and nuts 8 and 8 are constituted. To the plate 5B, a rubber plate 6 is installed, and the fastening force with the screws 7 and 7, and the nuts 8 and 8 compress the plate 6 to hold the contact of the conductors 3A and 3B durably. |
