PURPOSE:To prevent generation of cracks so as to suppress quenching by making it contain material without adhesion such as silicon rubber, etc. CONSTITUTION:The whole of coil A is put in a vacuum container 3 which is evacuated. Thereafter, silicon rubber 4 is injected into the vacuum container 3. When the silicon rubber 4 becomes hard, the coil A is taken out. This silicon rubber 4 does not have adhesion, but restrains the movement of superconductive lines 1 by being filled between the superconductive lines. Accordingly, stable superconductive coil is obtained, and rewinding of the superconductive material is available, and reuse becomes possible, and it becomes economical. |
