<p>A method for analyzing thrombocyte aggregation consists in measuring the average intensity and, simultaneously, the mean square deviation of the intensity of a light flux passing through a blood sample (12) from the average intensity, resulting from fluctuations, of the number of thrombocytes or of their aggregates in an optical channel (10), on the basis of which are determined the average radius and concentration of the thrombocytes in the analyzed blood sample (12). The device comprises a light flux source (6), a photo-receptor (11), units (17 and 19) for generating the average intensity and the mean square deviation of the intensity from the average intensity, and a unit (20) for determining the parameters of thrombocyte aggregation.</p> |
