<p>The invention relates to a method for the surface protection against abrasion and corrosion of metal objects or composite objects with metal matrix reinforced by fibers, of magnesium and magnesium-based alloys, aluminium and aluminium-based alloys, titanium and titanium-based alloys, zirconium and zirconium-based alloys, hafnium and hafnium-based alloys, characterized in that a deposition of silicon carbide having a thickness at least equal to 0.1 νm and preferably at least equal to 1 νm, and comprised between 1 and 5 νm is applied by a vapor phase physical deposition method.</p> |
