<p>PURPOSE:To secure a box quickly and to prevent loosening due to vibration, by securing a wiring box from the rear side of floor face by means of screws to be inserted into screw holes made at four corners of a rectangular wiring box and a holding chip interlocked with the screws. CONSTITUTION:A portion of a floor panel F is notched and a rectangular under floor wiring box 2 is fitted therein. Screw holes 5b, 5e are made at four corners of the box 2. Screws 10 are inserted into the screw holes 5e thus securing a fixing frame 5 to a box body 6. A threaded shaft 8 is inserted into the screw hole 5b and supported rotatably in the shaft holes 6a, 6b of the box body 6 with the thread ridge 8a having larger diameter than the hole 5b directing upward, thus screw coupling the threaded shaft 8 with the holding chip 7. When the threaded shaft 8 is rotated, the holding chip 7 initially performs accompanied rotation and eventually contacts with a sideboard 6e and lifts then the threaded shaft 8 contacts with the rear face of the floor panel F and holds the panel F firmly. By such arrangement, the box 2 is secured quickly to the panel F thus preventing loosening due to vibration.</p> |
