PURPOSE:To enable a highly reliable sealing by conducting the sealing work of the sealed port part by brazing and pressure welding or welding. CONSTITUTION:A component related to galvanic reaction 16 is set in a composite case part 15 with which a ring gasket 7 has been engaged, and then a cathode terminal plate 1 is engaged therewith and pressed from the upper and lower directions of the cell to climp a binding part 1a toward the center of the corner part 1b as the gasket remains compressed, and the gasket 7 is compressed to obtain a spare sealed port. Then, the end face part in which a sealing ring 3 and the cathode terminal plate 1 are opposed to each other, particularly near a main sealed port part 8, is sufficiently cleaned and dried. As the cleaning, the ultrasonic cleaning with warm alcohol is effective. Thereafter, the ring 3 and the terminal plate 1 are joined to each other in the main sealed port part 8 by cold pressure welding or welding to obtain the main sealed port. |
