PURPOSE:To enable the detaching work of a molding dies to be performed simply and quickly and make considerably shorter the changing and setting of molding dies as well as the adjusting time by fixing molding dies to a frame in arranging a holder provided movably with the clamper holding the flange part of dies to the supporting plate of the dies. CONSTITUTION:A flange part is formed in the die of at least either molding dies 1, 2, and a clamper 4, which can be contacted or held detachably to the flange part, is provided movably on a holder 5, and the dies are fixed to the frame in arranging the holder 5 to the supporting plates 6, 7 of the molding dies 1, 2. In the detaching adjusting woke for attaching and detaching the molding dies, the abutting surfaces of both molding dies, namely, the parting surfaces are so opened that the clamper 4 is slid from the sleeve in a holder by a cylinder 27 and pulled apart away from a die plate 18, and then the molding dies 1, 2 are removed in pulling the die plate 18 out of the machine frame and separating the molding dies 1, 2 from steam chambers 11, 22, thus, the molding dies 1, 2 are easily be detached from the steam chambers 11, 22. |
