PURPOSE:To secure the capacity of an air cleaner without narrowing the capacity of a fuel tank by constructing a cleaner case cover so as to intruding up at the oversurface of the back of fuel tank. CONSTITUTION:As the upper part of a cleaner case cover 66 is protruding up at the oversurface of front tanks 36, 36, the space bordered by the inner wall surface of a recess 48 and this cleaner case cover 66 is enlarged upward, and correspondingly the height of a cleaner element 57 is made larger. That is, the capacity of air cleaner 27 is enlarged thereby. The size of the cleaner case cover 66 in the car width direction is dimensioned smaller than the width of a left and a right front tank 36, 36 on their oversurface side. Accordingly the oversurface contour at the back of each front tank 36 is, in the side view, held in the back down shape as in conventional arrangement even though the cleaner case cover 66 is protruded at the oversurface of the front tanks 36, 36. This enables enlarging the capacity of air cleaner 27 without interference with conventional design. |
