PURPOSE:To efficiently sterilize liquid to be treated by continuously connecting pipe joints to constitute a pipe passage and hangingly constituting an inflow sterilizing lamp to both parts or one part of a raising passage and a lowering passage of the liquid to be treated. CONSTITUTION:The liquid to be treated which has been introduced at proper flow force through an introduction pipe 1 is brought into contact with a first inflow sterilizing lamp L1 at a first stage and lowered through a first lowering passage D1 while being sterilized by receiving its effect. Then the liquid to be treated is again brought into contact with a second inflow sterilizing lamp L2 at a second stage and raised through a second raising passage U2 while being sterilized by receiving its effect and furthermore the liquid is brought into contact with a third inflow sterilizing lamp L3 at a third stage and lowered through a lowering passage D2 while being sterilized by receiving its effect. Finally, the treated liquid finished in sterilizing treatment can be obtained through a feed pipe 11 connected to an elbow En of the terminal part of the equipment. |
