<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the software by reducing the size of a trimming resistor by a method wherein one resistor is trimmed so that the ratio of resistance values of two resistors comes to a specified value and then the other resistor is trimmed so that the output of a circuit to be adjusted comes to a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A resistance value of a trimming resistor 1 is measured and a trimming resistor 2 is trimmed so that the ratio of resistance values of the trimming resistors 1 and 2 comes to a predetermined value. Then, the resistor 1 is trimmed so that the output of a circuit to be adjusted comes to a predetermined value. To correct relative varieties of the resistance values of the resistors 1 and 2, small trimming resistors of low cut multiplying factor are used, thereby a high-density mounting can be realized. Since only the resistor 1 is trimmed at the time of adjustment, it is unnecessary to judge which resistor should be trimmed. Therefore, simplification of softwares can be realized.</p> |
