PURPOSE: To obtain transmission spectrum lines which are clearly separated within the spectrum by specifying a convolution sequence of a first cavity A of natural frequencyωof the electromagnetic cavity and a second cavity B of natural frequencyω1 . CONSTITUTION: The convolution sequence f of the first cavity A of a natural frequencyω0 in the electromagnetic cavity and the second cavity B of the naturalω1 is defined to be A1 =f(A, B), B1 =g(A, B); A2 =f(A1 , B1 ), B2 =g(A1 , B1 );..., ...; An =f(An-1 , Bn-1 ), Bn =g(An-1 , Bn-1 ). The first convolution is a convolution of order 2 and, for example, filter strings A2 =A1 B1 A1 =ABABBBABA and B2 =BBBBBBBBB are obtained. Thus, the width of spectrum line is narrow and clear so that the well-separated transmission spectrum is obtained.
