PURPOSE:To improve the communication quality and to reduce the interference and disturbance so as to improve the effective utility of frequency by adopting the transmission reception diversity. CONSTITUTION:A location registration signal from a mobile radio means is transferred to a radio system controller 20 to control and manage each radio base station 30 from a radio base station receiving the location registration signal in an excellent state and enabling communication among radio base stations 30. The radio system controller 20 registers identification information of the mobile radio means included in the location registration signal and the identification information of the radio base station able to communicate with the mobile radio means. In order to inform the end of location registration to the mobile radio means, the transmission timing is made identical and the signal content of the control signal is made identically to all radio base stations transferring the location registration signal to send the control signal for the notice to them. Thus, the diversity effect is obtained and the frequency utility rate and the communication quality are improved. |
