摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce pieces of mirrors by providing a mirror having reflecting face containing an intersection point with a second axis and having reflecting face toward a third axial direction in three axes intersecting into an one intersection point and setting normal line passing through the intersection point of the mirror as a bisector line of an angle formed between laser beam flux and the third axis. CONSTITUTION:Each inner part in a first member column 3 rotating around a first axis theta constituting a joint, a second member shaft 6 along a second axis U and a movable member as a third member arm 4 along the third axis R is made so as to be possible to penetrate the laser beam flux. These three axes are made to intersect to the one intersection point, and the mirror (m1) containing the intersection point with the second axis and having the reflecting face toward the third axial direction is provided in this joint and the laser beam flux is made incident on this intersection. An angle setting mechanism, which the normal line passing through this intersection point is made to coincident and followed to the bisector line of the angle formed between the laser beam flux and the third axis, is attached to this mirror. The mirror introduces the incident laser beam flux to the direction penetrating the third movable member. By this method, the pieces of the mirrors are reduced and attenuation of the laser beam flux energy can be restrained to low.
