<p>PURPOSE:To obtain fine separation, and to acquire an excellent high-frequency array transducer by forming a space section partitioned by a large number of partition walls onto a holding means, injecting a high-molecular piezoelectric material solution into the space section, and solidifying, thermally curing and polarizing the solution. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 2 are shaped to a packing 1 so as to leave partition walls 3 to a striped form. Electrode stripes 4 are arranged onto the bottoms of the grooves 2. A solution in which approximately 5 to 50wt.% P(VDF-TrFE) powder at the rate of copolymerization of approximately 3:1 is dissolved into dimethylformaldehyde(DMF) is made to flow into or applied to the grooves 2. A solvent is transpired, and thermally cured, and a common electrode 6 is fitted onto piezoelectric substances 5. High voltage is applied among the electrode 6 and the stripes 4, and polarization treatment is executed. Accordingly, an excellent high-frequency array transducer is acquired.</p> |
