PURPOSE:To constitute a beauty supporting system so that a person who receives a beauty advice and hold a secret without being known to others with regard to a state of skin and a state of hair of herself by recording individual data showing the state of skin and hair in an IC card. CONSTITUTION:Data related to a state of skin or hair of each individual which has been obtained by a measuring means 101, or a result which has been derived by bringing this data to operation processing by an operation processing means 102 is stored in a portable storage medium 103. Accordingly, it becomes impossible that other person that a person who desires to receive a beauty advice and a person who desires to purchase cosmetics being optimum for a state of skin and a state of hair of herself peeps easily into individual data. In such a way, a secret of the individual data is held. |
