PURPOSE:To automatically control each terminal equipment at the time of sleeping and at the time of awakening by providing a means for judging the sleeping and awakening by receiving a detecting signal of a person detecting sensor and a detecting signal of a photosensor. CONSTITUTION:By receiving a detecting signal of a person detecting sensor 1, whether a sleeping person has moved exceeding a prescribed time or not is judged by the first judging means 5, and when said person does not move exceeding the prescribed time, it is judged that the person has slept, and from the first output part 6, a control signal is outputted to each terminal equipment 3. In such a way, for instance, a lock 3c is fastened, a curtain 3b is closed, and a lighting apparatus 3a is turned off. Also, when a signal of sleeping is inputted once, no control is executed until a prescribed illuminance is detected by a photosensor 2. In the morning, when a detecting signal is outputted from the photosensor 2, and also, a motion of the sleeping person is detected from the person detecting sensor 1, it is judged that the sleeping person has awaked, and the terminal equipment is controlled. |
