PURPOSE:To obtain satisfactory adhesive strength by forming an org. polymer layer consisting of a high molecular compd. and an organosilane compd. as each orienting layer and by using UV-curing resin as a sealing member. CONSTITUTION:An org. polymer layer consisting of a high molecular compd. and an organosilane compd. is formed as each orienting layer 104 and UV-curing resin is used as a sealing member 105. The org. polymer layer can be formed by roll coating, spin coating or dip coating with a soln. prepd. by adding the organosilane compd. to a soln. of the high molecular compd. and it is not necessary to coat an org. polymer film with the organosilane compd. Orienting property can be obtd. by rubbing the formed org. polymer layer and satisfactory adhesive strength between the layer 104 and the resin 105 can be obtd. through the org. silane compd. |
